Yes! We provide free, no-obligation estimates for all handyman, maintenance, and bookkeeping services. Just contact us to schedule a visit or submit your project details online.
What areas do you service?
We proudly serve South King County and Pierce County communities. For projects outside this area, contact us—we’ll do our best to accommodate you or recommend a trusted partner. *Trip charges apply to locations greater than 30 miles from Des Moines, WA.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We make it easy—once your invoice is ready, you’ll receive a secure payment link to review and pay online. Acceptable payments include credit/debit cards, ACH, Venmo, and PayPal. Payment is due at time of service and deposit may be required. Monthly services will be billed on the first day of each month.
How does your pricing work?
Our services include a minimum charge to ensure quality and efficiency for every project. Because each job is unique, the final cost may exceed the minimum amount based on time, materials, or complexity. We’ll provide an estimate for your project’s exact cost prior to work being completed, and any amount you’ve already paid will be credited toward your final invoice. We’ll always communicate any adjustments before additional work is completed so there are no surprises.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, T & J Solutions is licensed and fully insured for your peace of mind. We take pride in providing safe, professional, and dependable service every time.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes, we offer a 30-Day Limited Warranty on all handyman projects or repairs. All labor and replacement parts provided by T & J Solutions are warranted for 30 days from the date of service. This warranty applies only to the specific repair performed and the parts we install. It does not cover pre-existing issues, normal wear and tear, or additional failures that may occur in other parts of the appliance or system.
Do you handle one-time projects or ongoing services?
Both! Whether you need a one-time repair, short-term bookkeeping cleanup, or ongoing monthly support, we can customize a plan that fits your needs.
How does your bookkeeping pricing work?
We offer flexible monthly bookkeeping packages starting at our standard minimum rate of $275. More complex bookkeeping or cleanup work may include additional charges.
Can you help with rental properties?
Absolutely! Our full-service property rental support covers cleaning coordination, maintenance, guest booklets, and local recommendations—making hosting simple while helping you safeguard your property and investment.
